Zulberti Società Benefit a r.l. is a company inclined to continuous improvement and careful to customer statisfaction, to the offerted services quality and the environmental respect. It considers of fundamental importance the definition of principles, rules and objectives shared by the company Team for the realization of its businnes.
The Zulberti Società Benefit a r.l. company has decided to improve its Quality and Environmental Integrated Management System (IMS), designed and documented in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9.001 and UNI EN ISO 14.001 standards.
The Organization undertakes to improve relations the Clients and Suppliers, to a atmosphere of fruitful collaboration. Promotes the maintenance of a high level Clients satisfaction, though the preventive and elimination of the Claims and Unconformity, and the compliance with the requested delivery terms. The Client must have the perception that he has entrusted himself to a competent company, careful and capable of critically analyzing the activities and applying the suitable operational solutions.
The Zulberti Società Benefit a r.l. company pays attention to optimizing the internal organization, to a better working climate and to cutting the costs of non-quality. It Maintains an open dialogue with the Public and Intrested Subjects, Local Communities and Customers, regarding the environmental impact of its own activities and those that are entrusted to third parties, to identify the issues of concern the Public and the Intrested Subjects.
The Management, in order to achieve the specifc objectives, formalized annually by the Management Review phase, undertakes to:

  • Ensure that the company Policy is appropriate to the purpose and the context of the organization;
  • Satisfy the applicalble requirement of the Integrated Management System, its compliance obligations and comply with applicable environmental current laws and regulations;
  • Pay particular attention to ensuring that the entire Team is aware of the objectives and ways of maintaining the quality of the services offered high and constantly growing, soliciting participation in the achievement of periodically set objectives;
  • Provide adequate resources to constantly educate and train the Company Team that is engaged in tasks deemed significant for the quality of service, relevant in terms of environmental impacts and promote so that it is at the forefront of its sector and prepared for possible changes the context of internal and external factors;
  • Promote the improvement of the image of Zulberti Società Benefit a r.l. on the market through an efficient structure, encouraging a risk-based thinking approach in the company and the conscious management of its business processes, in accordance with the logic of continuous improvement and with the aim of: identifying and evaluating the causes of problems, adopting the necessary measures to their prevention, maintain a high degree of control over its significant environmental aspects to minimize and prevent pollution.
